In 2015, an estimated 231,840 new cases of invasive breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed in women in the U.S. Unfortunately for most patients, the current model of survivorship care is dictated by their health care coverage and is limited solely to medical appointments. B4BC seeks to address these needs with a program called the Chasing Sunshine Project that promotes healing, enhances long-term survivorship and allows for all it serves to thrive! Each purchase of this design, inspired by B4BC, helps send survivors on healing & wellness retreats through this program.
