How Much Does Shipping Cost?
First Class Shipping Domestically in the US is $5.99; Expedited Shipping is $9.99. Canadian orders are $12.99 and shipping for all other international orders is $15.99.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Every item we create at Sevenly Outfitters is “made to order.” That means we make the product after we receive a specific order from you! We also ensure that every product is of the highest quality and domestic-made using Living Wage Labor. This commitment to our ethical mission means that our processing time takes a little longer than many customers who shop on the web have come to expect.
Please allow 7-10 business days from the date of order to the time of shipment.
We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible, so as soon as your order comes through, we go straight to work. First, we process the order, transfer it to our production facility and prep the pieces needed to print your products. Then we print them to your specification or ours. We make every shirt & other printed items to order, so sometimes this may take a few days, depending on volume. The bottom line: We want to get you the best cause art based merchandise, made of the best fabrics and materials, and make sure everything is just how you want it. From there, we package your order with love and send it on its way.
Domestic orders will arrive between 1-7 days after they ship, depending on your location. International orders can take 10-30 days to arrive, depending on shipping and customs.
We understand that companies, who often use foreign products and low-wage labor, have set an expectation for shipping times that are much faster than we can accomplish at Sevenly Outfitters. We think that our commitment to ethical business practices, World-Changing messages, and 7% donation to cause partners are worth the wait and know you will too!
Why Can't Sevenly Take Returns?
We are committed to benefitting our cause partners and changing the world. That means we contribute a large percentage of our profit toward causes and operate on thin margins. This is the main reason we ask you to understand why we cannot take returns and all sales are final.
If you receive an error or damaged product, please contact us within 7 business days to receive an exchange or store credit.

Please allow for a 2-4 business days response time so that our Customer Happiness agents can locate all information needed to service your order inquiry. Also, note that Sevenly’s service centers are CLOSED WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS.
