The Sevenly team is seeking a Digital Communication Coordinator passionate about using their skills for good. The DCC is responsible for creating and curating much of the company’s digital communication, with an emphasis on cause campaign planning and email marketing. Success in this role requires a strategic, creative mind, exceptional writing and analytical ability, and a heart for world change. The role also requires fast-paced efficiency, in an environment where details, personality, grammar, results (social impact, traffic, conversions), and people matter.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Help conceive and execute Sevenly’s regular cause campaigns, in partnership with other Sevenly team members; research, draft, and implement campaign plans, including copy
  • Operate Sevenly’s email marketing; develop segmented communication flows, curate cause campaign-specific emails, and write effective, best-practice promotional emails
  • Work with the Brand Manager and Production & Graphic Designers to produce powerful, on-brand digital assets, for use with emails, social media platforms, ads, and
  • Leverage measurement tools and metrics to provide regular progress reports and insights into communication performance; enhance and optimize strategies and tactics in response
  • In partnership with the Brand Manager, ensure verbal tonal consistency -- Sevenly voice -- across all digital (and occasionally non-digital) channels
  • Identify and problem-solve new areas of need across Sevenly Marketing; assist the Brand Manager and Social Media Associate with social media marketing, as needed

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience; ideally experience managing email marketing, brand campaigns, social channels, and/or eCommerce platforms
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills; spelling and grammar, on-brand tone and personality, and best-practice marketing techniques all matter equally
  • The ability to produce outstanding digital content quickly and efficiently, for both short- and long-term effect, and an analytical mind to iterate and optimize all efforts effectively
  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and/or Shopify is highly desired
  • The successful candidate will have a go-getter attitude, creative and collaborative spirit, great interpersonal skills, and a heart to change the world
