In December 2014, Invisible Children announced that the organization is undergoing changes. Based on Invisible Children's current financial projections, they have decided that they will be downsizing the bulk of their U.S. programs and operations at the end of the year to prioritize their political advocacy and central Africa programs. Currently, Invisible Children needs to fundraise $150,000 to keep a small team in the U.S. and Africa to continue the most essential programs through 2015. If they fall short, these programs could end before their work is completed.
When we heard that our friends at Invisible Children need immediate help in raising funds to finish their important work in Africa and the United States, we decided to re-release a design from our 2013 campaign with Invisible Children as well as release a brand new design we created specifically to rally for Invisible Children's finishing fund. Your $7 donation per item purchased will help support a small Invisible Children team that will make sure Joseph Kony stays on the minds of policymakers in Washington, will maintain the critical programs that are protecting communities targeted by the LRA, and will help those in captivity safely find their way home.
