Who is Sevenly?

Sevenly was founded in 2011 with the mission of leading a generation toward generosity. Based on a simple, core belief that ‘People Matter,’ the Sevenly team activated the now global ‘cause art’ movement and started creating 7-day cause campaigns, inviting customers to purchase “advocacy art, apparel, and accessories” that donate to non-profits. Each campaign and every product would also create conversations. Now widely recognized as one of the world's leading 'social good' companies, Sevenly activates its Campaigns and cause-themed Collections created to change lives by raising funding, awareness, and followers for the world’s greatest causes. What quality are Sevenly products, and how do they support my values?

Sevenly prints on high-quality, tag-less, apparel that are made of either 100% ring-spun cotton, poly/cotton mix, poly/cotton/viscose, or tri-blend fabric. Learn more on our How We Work page for our commitments to a fair trade, environmentally friendly, slave-free supply chain, using only the best products – and people committed to their crafts. All our ingredients are natural (including the vinegar you might smell when you receive your product, which is used as an under-base for printing and disappears after the first wash).

Can I exchange my apparel for another size?

Sevenly aims to be the world’s very best Outfitter for World Changers®.  We understand that ordering online can be difficult! If your clothing item doesn’t fit, please send it back to us within thirty (30) days of purchase in new and unused condition (some items may be excluded) and if we have the size you need available, we’ll happily send it back to you. If we do not have the size available, we would be more than happy to give you the full amount back in a store credit, less any corresponding pledge paid to the non-profit featured in connection with the product(s).

Does Sevenly apparel shrink?

Our apparel meets or most often exceeds all wear standard. Our apparel is usually pre-shrunk but all items with cotton and or natural fibers may still shrink between 1/4-1/2 an inch in length and or width (depending on how you launder your item).  If you want maximize the life of your new favorite item and to shrink as little as possible, we recommend washing products inside-out in cold water and hanging them to dry or tumble dry low. If for some reason you want your product to shrink a lot, then wash them in hot water and dry them in the dryer on high. The normal routine of wash cold, dry low should be just fine for those who are used to washing their tees in the washer and dryer.

Is the Website Secure?

Sevenly takes website security issues very seriously and uses the latest industry-standard SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption to protect your personal information. Please notice the small pad-lock icon in the locked position that will appear in the lower-right corner or upper-right corner of your browser during each of the pages of the checkout process.

What is your positivity policy?

Our mission is to help raise funding, awareness and followers for the world’s greatest causes. Sometimes certain people don’t like certain things about great non-profits. That is what it is. We all value different kinds of good work in the world in our own ways, and with our own unique preferences. At Sevenly, we are committed to highlighting good words about good work, rather than creating a staging area for people to post things that might reflect a “glass half empty” approach to the work our non-profit partners are doing. It’s what we call our Positivity Policy. Of course, if you have a complaint about us, or about any of our partners, please contact us – but use the email directory provided on our Customer Support page rather than public forums, please. How much does shipping cost?

Sevenly shipping in the US is $5.99, except during special promotional periods as announced from time to time. Canadian orders are $12.99 and shipping for all other international orders is $15.99. Give Bags and other multi-unit orders under $50 are priced at $8.99 for US shipments, $15.99 for Canadian shipments, and $19.99 for all other international orders.

If I order multiple products, do they ship in one package?

Depending on the size and number of items ordered, and the sourcing of the products you order, your order may ship in multiple packages.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We’re committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible, and as soon as your order comes through, we go straight to work. First, we process the order — we do the nitty-gritty backend stuff and prep the pieces needed to print your shirts. Then we print. We make every shirt to order, so sometimes this step might take a couple days, depending on volume. The bottom line: we want to get you the best cause art, on the best shirt, and make sure everything is just how you want it. From there, we package your order with love and send it on its way.

Our production time, from the date of order until it’s in the post and on its way to you, is usually seven (7) business days or less. Domestic orders will arrive between 1-7 days after they ship, depending on your location and your choice of standard or expedited shipping. International orders can take 15-30 days to arrive, depending on shipping and customs – unless you select expedited shipping.
