Ring-Spun Cotton The term “ring spun” means that the yarn goes through a spinning process that’s designed to thoroughly soften and straighten each fiber. The results of this process are softer, more refined fibers that feel better to the touch (“hand” or “hand feel”), less peeling, and longer-lasting. Want something even softer?
Combed and Ring-Spun Cotton is even softer than Ring Spun and is the kind that we like to use best on all our tees. This process goes even further in that cotton fibers are spun (as detailed above) and then go through a second step to comb through the fibers to remove impurities while ensuring it stays soft to the touch, even less peeling, and longer-lasting = the highest quality.
